its VIVO VESPA 2008!

2nd year anniversary of Vespa Club Singapore and participated by quite a no. of vespas and passionate people.. and this year was "Kampung Edition" so we are expected to wear retro a bit or uniform.. and the NTU Vespa Club wore the kampung style sarongs.. sweeeeee..

first meeting point was at Kallang Mac.. where we register and brief before the convoy..

and with no bikes now.. Javier was nice enough to pillion me for the convoy.. so i could still participate.. hahaha..

and the convoy began..

pass by Kallang Leisure World.. Stadium.. PAP.. Lavender.. Victoria St.. and final destination at Malay Heritage Centre where we had some games and interactive session..

and this is the cute hello kitty bike from VCS!

and there were quite a lot of classics which participated too.. which really tempt me to get one..

and we had some games which needed ask go ard arab st area by foot.. and take the pictures and style the same as what is given.. so this are the 8 photos taken..

and it got us 2nd prize.. cos of the accuracy and time we game back.. we got 2nd highest points! wheeeeeeee..

then after the kampung by foot.. got some other old skoool games where the winner will walk away with adidas bags.. and not to forget.. adidas was one of the sponsors for the events.. which gave us key ring.. badges.. SIGG bottles and bag as gifts.. for us..

and then was voting time for best vespa with 5 categories..

and i had to go before the event end.. so didnt participate til night and til the prize giving.. but certainly had a great time with the vespa people.. and nx yr where my NS is not so packed.. my vespa will be out again! whooohoooo.. looking forward..

life is always short.. and he left the world just like that.. with no worries.. and no troubles.. and he didnt want to bother anyone.. and neither did he wants to cause trouble to his sons/daughters.. thanks grandpa.. if not for you.. there wun be my dad.. and needless to say.. me..

one weekend confinement.. and first bookout.. certainly great.. but it was hard to control the diet to become a fit soldier.. esp when you are out of camp.. trainings are tough but still managable.. bcos i look upon the seniors divers that i could be one of them in the future.. i will pass my BMT and my PCP..

but i still cant believe and imagine myself in the future.. pulling so many pull-ups.. and running like lightning.. but with progressive trainings.. i might be able to..

wheeeee.. enlisting like finally..

and it has been a good 7months plus of slacking and working after school.. and now.. 2 years of national service awaits me.. and i am sure to do the nation proud..

had been looking forward for this happening two years to come.. but now when it is just hours away.. a little fear.. and i wonder what will really happen inside.. although i had heard many stories and experience-sharing.. now is to feel it myself.. with everything ready and geared up.. new watch.. new toothbrush.. new hp.. and many new clothes that the SAF will issue to us.. hahaha..

and hopefully.. everything will be smooth and i won't be out of course/training due to accidents or whatever it is..

and thanks for the wishes and blessings for those we remembered 13th august.. and i will make the best out of this unlucky no.

and my last good food tasted was from MOF.. and the nice nice deserts.. and next will be army food.. which i think won't be that bad afterall..

it was HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL on ICE today.. with sivien charlene ben and fren..

and the show started on time at 4pm but many ugly singaporeans were late for the show and just stroll in happily disturbing my good view and blocking the semi-pro camera man taking photos.. and they dun care.. and they were happily singing and u can see a huge crowd entering and finding their seats.. how ugly! but as a good tempered audience.. i didnt let it spoil my show.. hahaa..

the ice ring before the show.. and i was expecting the audience seats to be closer to the ring..

and with the young wild cats supporters.. the HSM merchandise and snacks were very ex and yet many pple still bought it.. hmmm.. popcorns for 15bucks.. the rest u can imagine urself..

and it started. still you can see heads in the front finding their section and seats.. blocking people's view..

and the big wild cats logo.. with "troy"

and the basketballers with "get'cha head in da game" and the balls just dropped from the sky.. and i seriously means dropped from the top to all the players.. accurately..

and the auditions for the musical.. with all the flops and amusing audtions..

and presenting "ryan" and "sharpey" with their POP song..

and "stick to the status quo" with the cello..

and "when there's was me and you".. u see how graceful she was.. but she fell down quite a lot of times during the performance.. but manage to get back quickly and continue..

with troy coming along..

and dancing gracefully..

and "bop to the top"

and finally "breaking free"

and "we're all in this together"

and there was this interval break where the whole crowd went to buy snacks and to do their business and after announcing that the show is about to start.. the crowd still cant bear to come back.. and only after the 2nd part started.. then they purposely come and irritate me..

it was "fabulous" and the super cool pink and bimbotic buggy car.. which can drift on ice..

and sharpey flying in the air..

na na na na.. na na na na.. yeahh.. "you are the music in me"

and upclose of "sharpey".. and if the real cast was here.. if will surely be more fantastic..

"bet on me" where he did quite lots of stunts and earned him quite a lot of cheers and applauses..

and the host for the "competition"

with "everyday" and it was about to end already and u can see people so kiasu going off cos they scared later the crowd will be a lot.. and they blocked my view of seeing the stunts.. and taking nice photos.. and i think i miss out the best part where everyone cheered and i was wondering what the hell did they do.. with all these pple blocking me.. grrrr..

and they kissed! so imagine.. 6 days of show x 2 shows per day? = many kisses.. hahaha..

and they thank the crowd.. and everybody just left.. without hoping for any "encore"

but nice musical which i love the songs very much like the kids do.. and the kids behind me were singing along with them.. but the singaporean kids should have been more lively.. and the cast should be more interactive.. which i think will make the event more fun..
